Processing Time
Orders are typically processed in 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches and high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.
Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery times vary by country and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typical estimates:

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after the package is scanned by the carrier.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find the package:
- Check with neighbors, your mailroom, or reception
- Contact the carrier first (they can often GPS-scan deliveries)
- Then contact us and we’ll help you troubleshoot
Lost Packages
If a package has no tracking movement for 10+ business days (domestic) or 15+ business days (international), contact us and we’ll investigate.
