Return Window

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, these items are final sale unless they arrive damaged/defective:

  • Intimates bottoms (panties, thongs, lingerie bottoms)
  • Nipple covers
  • Items marked Final Sale

Return Eligibility

Eligible items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free of stains, scent, deodorant, or makeup marks
  • With all tags and liners attached (where applicable)

Exchanges

Stock moves fast. We don’t guarantee exchanges.

The fastest way to get the correct size is:

  1. Request a return (if eligible)
  2. Reorder the correct size immediately

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective or we shipped the wrong item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If something arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Photos of the packaging (if relevant)
