When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed in 1–3 business days. During launches or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, Aurelia Raw ships worldwide. You can see more information on our Shipping and Delivery page.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after the carrier scans the package. You can always visit our tracking page here. Track Your Order.
Why isn’t my tracking moving?
Carriers sometimes batch-scan packages. If there’s no movement after 72 hours, contact us and we’ll help ensure your package get's to you.
Will I pay customs or duties?
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll try to help. Email us ASAP with your order number. Once it’s packed or shipped, changes/cancellations may not be possible.
What is your return policy?
Returns can be requested within 14 days for eligible items in unworn, unwashed condition. For hygiene reasons, intimates bottoms and nipple covers are final sale unless they arrive damaged/defective. Check out our Returns & Exchanges page for more information.
My item doesn’t fit. What should I do?
If your item is eligible, request a return or exchange for the correct size. If you want help first, message us your measurements and the item name. Contact Us.
How should I care for my pieces?
Hand wash cold (or gentle cycle in a laundry bag), use mild detergent, lay flat to dry. Avoid dryers, bleach, and high heat.
Do you restock sold-out styles?
Sometimes. If a style is gone, it might be gone for good.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards are delivered digitally and do not expire (unless required by local law). Check our our Gift Cards.
